Myra Taylor sings with the Curtyse Foster Band at an unidentified venue in Kansas City. Farthest to the left Bunnie "Bumps" Love smiles to her right at the photographer as she sits with her hands on the piano keys. To the right is the unidentified bass player. In the center front is Myra Taylor with her arms spread as she smiles and sings into a microphone on the stand in front of her. She wears a full-length evening gown. To her left behind her on the stage is Curtyse Foster wearing a tuxedo and blowing into a saxophone. To Curtyse's left and behind him on stage is Bill Nolan smiling and playing the drums. To Bill's left and in front of Bill on the stage, Elmer Price blows into a trumpet. There is a derby hat hanging on a stand in front of Elmer Price. The front corners of the stage are decorated with organ pipes.
