Description
Front: Picture postcard with the correspondence handwritten on the back, "When this you see think of me that my pray, Eve" (possibly). The address, "Mrs. Zellar Crane, #714 Benton, Springfield, Mo." Back: An African American man in a hat and vest stands in the side yard of the clapboard residence of M.C. Walker in Lebanon, Missouri behind a wood-slat fence. Stamped across the bottom front of the photograph, "The res'd. of M. C. Walker Lebanon, Mo."
