Description
An unidentified beach scene of people wearing swimsuits sitting and standing on a beach with umbrellas, fallen pilings, and a dog. These is a designated swim area marked by poles and ropes with people within it running in the water. Two African American children and one African American woman face the photographer and smile as they sit on the beach win one African American boy standing behind them also looking at the photographer. A group of white women are seated nearby at the right.

Three women visit the beach

Description
Three unidentified African American women on the beach wear long-sleeved sweaters, skirts, and hats. The two that stand in the back have an open umbrella over their heads. The woman who sits in front of the two standing, has her right side to the photographer and looks back over her right shoulder at the photographer. It appears she is sitting on a pile of coats by a log. An African American man in a swimsuit stands behind them to the right. Another man lies on the sand behind him. There are pilings standing far behind the people.
