Bridget, Louise, and Darnella visit Sportree Reed's Music Bar

Description
Three African American women, Bridget, Louise and Darnella, smile at the photographer as they are seated at a counter at Sportree Reed's Music Bar, 2014 Hastings, Detroit, Michigan. Bridget wears a square, flat hat, a button-down, long-sleeved dress, earrings and a brooch. Louise wears a wrap-around dress with earrings and a brooch. Both Bridget and Louise hold cigarettes. Darnella wears earrings and a pearl necklace and a long-sleeved jacket over a floral dress. Both Bridget and Darnella are drinking Coca-Colas out of a small glass bottle poured into glasses of ice. Louise drinks a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer out of the bottle and holds possibly two mallets or lollipops in her left hand. On the bar is an ashtray, a glass with straws in it and many empty glasses upside down on the bar.

These new trains operated by the Burlington start in service Sunday, February 1 between Chicago, Kansas City and St. Joseph on new faster schedules.
