Description
Dr. John Edward Perry, wearing a long jacket and pinstripe pants stands with his right side to the photographer on the left side of the photograph on one side of a large bouquet. An unidentified well-dressed group of three African American men and five African American women stand on the other side of the bouquet at a plaque dedication to Dr. Perry and the Wheatley Provident Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. The women wear hats and coats. One woman wears a fur stole.
