An African American male soldier, wearing dress uniform with his hat in his left hand, stands and looks into the eyes of a African American woman in a white evening gown and white gloves that extend above her elbows, perhaps a wedding reception photo. She also looks slightly up into his eyes. There is a mirror on the wall behind them and a couch and smoking stand on the left side of the photograph. Two signs are behind the soldier. One says, Please present I.D. card to doorman." The other sign is partially obscured by the soldier. What can be seen says, "No one allowed in the [lue] room …"
